The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Specialist, Business Analyst with a focus on consumer banking technology. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to enabling and empowering the bank with a resilient and efficient infrastructure. The role involves daily collaboration with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements, managing the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, and providing subject matter expertise in credit card and unsecured lending systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. Applicants must have over 10 years of professional experience in business analysis within the credit card and unsecured lending domain, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple technology projects. Deep system knowledge and practical experience with VisionPlus and 3DS online payment platforms are essential, as is a strong background in handling compliance items and operational regulations for major card schemes. The role also requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders and manage external vendors effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading the analysis, implementation, and testing of compliance requirements and will be responsible for facilitating user acceptance testing and ensuring successful system deployments.
