Chief of Staff Greater Hong Kong Area

The Chief of Staff will also be involved in business performance management, executive governance, and leadership effectiveness, and will play a key role in shaping the organizational culture and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate finance, transformation, insurance, or banking. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in leading complex cross-functional initiatives, strong business performance management skills, and experience working with C-suite executives.
