Head of Finance & Accounting, Property

The Company is in need of a Head of Finance and Accounting with a focus on property. The successful candidate will be a seasoned and proactive finance leader, responsible for the full spectrum of finance operations. This includes taking charge of all financial reporting, daily operational accounting, treasury, statutory compliance, and corporate administrative finance. The role demands a hands-on approach to overseeing full-set accounting, leading monthly closing processes, and preparing a range of financial statements and analyses for senior management. The Head of Finance and Accounting will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with local and international financial standards, managing external audits, and enhancing internal controls and financial systems for greater efficiency. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' financial and accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A CPA qualification is mandatory, and strong experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality/facility operations is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement and automation, as well as solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Cantonese is required, with English and Mandarin being a plus. The role is pivotal in driving the financial health and operational efficiency of the company's property-related activities.
