Head of Finance, Private Group

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the full spectrum of financial activities across its global market. The successful candidate will be responsible for all group finance and accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and business performance analysis. This role also involves driving strategic finance initiatives, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Head of Finance will serve as a trusted business partner to the owner, providing financial insights and recommendations on key commercial decisions, and will be involved in supporting various corporate projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, and hold a professional qualification such as CPA, HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within a sizeable group environment, is required. The role demands a strong commercial mindset, hands-on experience in financial planning, treasury, taxation, and corporate governance, and exposure to multi-entity and complex group structures. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting board activities and company secretarial matters, and must possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for this position.
