Vice President, Investment Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is in search of a VP I / VP II - Investment to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with commercial banking relationship managers and portfolio managers to identify and engage with prospective customers, taking into account their business activities and the range of commercial banking solutions. This role also involves proactively understanding customer needs, reviewing the bank's development objectives, and enhancing service levels by resolving customer complaints and special requests. The VP will assist the Division Head of Investment in business planning and ensuring that customer needs are met in line with the bank's goals. Applicants for this role at The Company should hold a university degree and have a solid background in investment product distributions within banking or financial institutions. Relevant experience in commercial or retail banking with a focus on investment products is essential. The role requires a license holder of Hong Kong Securities Institution papers, with a strong product knowledge in investment products and a sound understanding of customer investment requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills, be fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. The position is subject to the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme as per regulatory requirements.
