The Company is in search of an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) to join its Board during the pre-IPO phase. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the company's corporate governance and long-term IPO preparation strategy. Key responsibilities for the INED include providing independent strategic advice and oversight, supporting the strengthening of corporate governance and risk management frameworks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
