Vice President, Transaction Management (Corporate Trust) Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President to join their Corporate Trust - Transaction Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing a variety of debt capital market deal documentation, including but not limited to trust deeds, agency agreements, and loan documentation. This role involves close collaboration with clients, lawyers, and advisors to ensure that any issues are promptly escalated and resolved in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The Vice President will also be involved in client onboarding, attending market briefings, and staying abreast of market updates and legislative changes. Applicants for the Vice President role should have a strong understanding of debt capital market products, such as bonds, MTNs, securitization, and project finance. Familiarity with the issuance process through various clearing systems is essential. The role requires a solution-oriented individual who can work flexibly between tasks, ask pertinent questions, and escalate issues as needed. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in law, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required, with 5-7 years of total work experience being preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a variety of stakeholders and should be prepared to embrace the company's AI journey, demonstrating curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying improvements and new ways of working.
