Vice President, Transaction Management, Corporate Trust

The Company is in search of a Vice President to join their Corporate Trust - Transaction Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing a variety of debt capital market deal documentation, including trust deeds, agency agreements, and loan documentation. This role involves close collaboration with clients, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that any issues are promptly escalated and resolved in accordance with the company's policies and procedures. The Vice President will also be involved in client onboarding and will be expected to stay abreast of market updates and changes in legislation. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a strong understanding of debt capital market products, including bonds, MTNs, securitization, and project finance. Familiarity with the issuance process through various market infrastructures is essential. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in law, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required, with 5-7 years of total work experience being the preferred range. The role demands a candidate who is flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work with a variety of stakeholders.
