The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a Corporate Banking role. The successful candidate will be responsible for pairing up with designated MRMs to solicit and develop corporate banking business, achieving assigned business targets, and performing credit analysis to structure credit proposals in line with risk standards. This role also involves post-approval and post-lending account management, credit monitoring, reviewing loan documentation, and financial reports, as well as collaborating with Services Officers to ensure the best customer experience. Adherence to risk and compliance requirements, bank policies, and local and regional regulations is essential. Applicants must have a degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in credit, marketing, and relationship management within corporate banking, preferably in an international banking environment. Formal credit analysis training is an advantage. Professional qualifications such as those under the SFC for dealing in securities and the Certified Credit Risk Management Professional (Commercial Lending) are preferred. The role requires a strong understanding of trade products and services, corporate and institutional lending, treasury products, as well as industry and market developments in corporate banking. The candidate should also be well-versed in the company's policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance standards.
