The Company is in search of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in leading the organization's technology foundations and engineering capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the enterprise technology strategy into a secure, modern, and resilient architecture and delivery roadmap. This includes modernizing the technology estate, building and leading a high-performing engineering organization, and establishing common engineering platforms and developer tooling. The CTO will also be tasked with leading cloud, infrastructure, and resilience services, and working with Cyber Security to embed secure-by-design controls. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of senior technology leadership experience in complex, mission-critical environments. The role requires a proven ability to lead enterprise-scale engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI teams, as well as deep expertise in modern engineering, cloud-native architecture, and secure delivery. Experience in governing data platforms, AI, machine learning, and generative AI in production is essential. The ideal candidate will be mission-led, pragmatic, and delivery-oriented, with excellent senior stakeholder and collaboration skills. Desirable experience includes a background in capital markets, securities services, regulatory or supervisory technology, and knowledge of virtual assets, tokenization, or digital-market infrastructure.
