The Company is seeking a Senior Associate for Business Continuity Management within the Chief Operating Officer's Technology and Operations division. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and executing enterprise-wide BCM initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and effective incident response and recovery capabilities. This role involves strategy and coordination of the business continuity plan, supporting and coordinating BCP exercises, and planning and executing BCM initiatives. The Senior Associate will also be involved in training and awareness activities, reporting, and risk assessment, as well as supporting crisis management and disaster recovery arrangements. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' practical experience in BCM or a related field, with a strong understanding of BCM methodologies and banking operations. The role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, advanced proficiency in MS tools, and professional proficiency in English and Cantonese. A bachelor's degree is required, and a business continuity professional certification is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Key accountabilities include enhancing BCM documentation, supporting audit and regulatory engagements, and providing comprehensive management reporting.
