The Company is seeking an Executive Director, International Private Bank Banker Team Lead for the Taiwan market. The successful candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, client relationship management, and investment advisory. This role involves building, managing, and leading a team of Bankers to provide a complete wealth management solution, with a focus on the client experience. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the team's performance, including financial targets, and will be expected to grow the team's book of business by prospecting and developing leads for new clients in the China market. Applicants must have a university degree and at least 10 years of professional experience in a similar capacity, with a strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of Taiwan UHNW clients. The role requires a proven track record in investment sales and/or relationship management, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, results-focused, and have a strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines, as well as the appropriate local regulatory qualifications and licenses. The Executive Director will work in close partnership with other teams to deliver and execute client solutions and to identify new business opportunities, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
