The Company is in search of a Head of Finance & Shared Services to spearhead the establishment of a new shared services function that will integrate finance, HR, and administration. This pivotal role involves building the function from the ground up, defining its operating model, and ensuring it is equipped to support the organization's long-term growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, owning core finance operations, and enhancing financial governance and compliance across multiple entities. Additionally, the role includes advising senior stakeholders on a range of financial, HR, and administrative matters, and driving the transformation of shared services processes through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Head of Finance & Shared Services position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting, finance, audit, or financial control, with a relevant Bachelor's degree. Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, full-set accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management, as well as a deep understanding of internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance, particularly in the context of Hong Kong. Experience in shared services or multi-entity environments, and exposure to HR and office administration, is highly valued. The role requires a leader with excellent stakeholder management, process improvement skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese.
