The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, planning, and executing finance strategies and initiatives that are in line with the company's strategic direction. This role involves managing the unit scorecard and budget plan, leading the preparation of finance management reports and presentations for senior management, and overseeing strategic projects within the finance function. The VP, COO & Business Management will also be tasked with driving risk governance and control, as well as providing support for employee journey enhancement and transformation within the finance division. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, economics, or a related field, with a preference for those with 7 years of banking-related experience, particularly in strategic planning. The role requires a candidate with sound business acumen, effective stakeholder management, and proven project management skills. The ideal candidate will be committed, self-motivated, and action-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
