The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior leadership to the Alts operations teams across Singapore and Hong Kong, with a focus on both Hedge Fund and Private Markets servicing. This includes overseeing fund accounting, alternatives middle office, and investor services. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, strategic judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex global setting. The Managing Director will be tasked with shaping and executing a more integrated operating model, leading strategic transformation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in a related discipline, and at least 15 years of financial services experience, including senior leadership of large-scale, multi-location operations teams. Extensive experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, and alternative investment servicing, particularly across Hedge Fund and Private Markets, is essential. The role requires a leader with a deep knowledge of the financial services industry, including investment management and alternative investment operations. Familiarity with the APAC regulatory and market landscape and professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are advantageous.
