The Company is seeking an Associate for a Business Analyst Project Management role within the Regional Consumer Banking Wealth Management Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for system and process delivery, digital transformation, process re-engineering, and ensuring operational excellence. This includes working closely with business units and IT partners on requirement gathering, solution reviews, and end-to-end delivery and testing. The role also involves collaborating with regional, country, and functional teams to design and implement optimized operational solutions, as well as leading the automation agenda to transform consumer banking operations. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or a diploma with 3-4 years' experience in business process improvement initiatives, with a preference for those with strong project life cycle experience in the financial services industry, particularly in consumer banking operations. The role requires a candidate with a sound knowledge of banking processes and technology, and experience in secured lending and payments product knowledge. Core competencies include excellent communication, strong domain knowledge, and personal attributes such as adaptability, discipline, and a systematic approach. Technical skills should include proven analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office. Bonus skills include prior experience with functional specification documents, JIRA, and GenAI applications.
