This role demands a professional with 5-7 years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on product ownership in the context of processing treasury products, including both vanilla and structured derivatives. The role involves leading and supporting the execution of product roadmaps, maintaining a clear product vision, and ensuring that product features are delivered in line with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in requirements elicitation, analysis, and management, as well as in solution design and delivery, including UAT and post-implementation support. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with a preference for additional technical certifications in treasury and markets products, business analysis, or agile methodologies. The role requires a candidate with strong technical skills, including expertise in process, system architecture, and data structure design, as well as proficiency in agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
