The Company is seeking a Trade Product Manager with a focus on Process and Service Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process transformation, service excellence, and operational efficiency initiatives across the group's trade finance business. This role requires a regional focus, partnering with various teams to simplify processes, standardize practices, enhance client experience, and improve productivity. The candidate will also be a key player in continuous improvement, ensuring that trade products and services are delivered consistently and efficiently, in line with the group's growth, risk, and client service objectives. Key responsibilities for this role include leading regional process transformation and harmonization initiatives, driving process simplification, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will also be involved in service enhancement initiatives, analyzing client feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the client experience. Additionally, the role involves leading trade finance business initiatives, optimizing client onboarding and servicing processes, and driving cross-functional collaboration and change management. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years' of experience in trade finance, transaction banking, product management, operations, business transformation, or process excellence, with a strong knowledge of trade finance products and workflows. Experience in managing regional or multi-country initiatives and a proven track record in process re-engineering and service enhancement are essential.
