Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy and strengthen business performance in a healthcare practice. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning; overseeing monthly close and financial reporting; and analyzing profitability to identify opportunities to improve margins and control costs. The CFO will also lead supplier negotiations, manage banking relationships, partner with operational leaders on revenue cycle initiatives, and advise ownership on strategic and operational decisions. The role includes improving internal controls, reporting processes, and financial workflows. Candidates should have experience as a CFO, Vice President of Finance, or Controller in healthcare, physician practice management, ambulatory care, or another complex service-based setting. Required expertise includes cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and cost and margin improvement. Experience in an entrepreneurial or owner-directed organization and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution are important. Practical proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and payroll-related reporting tools is required.
