Head of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Global HR Director to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, responsible for the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business goals and drive success. This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and compliance. The HR Director will also be tasked with fostering a positive organizational culture, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and performance, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. Key responsibilities for the Global HR Director include spearheading strategic HR planning, guiding global workforce initiatives, and partnering with executive leadership to establish HR policies that promote a cohesive work environment. The role also requires the design and evaluation of global employee engagement initiatives, oversight of competitive compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with international labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Psychology, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 8 years of relevant leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a publicly traded company. A strategic mindset, strong communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to travel and work in a global, fast-paced environment.
