HIP Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Housing & Infrastructure Products (HIP) segment. The CFO will be a key strategic financial leader, responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, business performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strong partnership with the segment's Senior Vice President, segment leadership team, and Corporate CFO. The CFO will lead the financial strategy, drive value creation, and ensure disciplined capital allocation. Additionally, the CFO will be involved in interpreting and communicating financial results, supporting strategic decision-making, and championing initiatives to improve profitability and cash flow. Candidates for the CFO position should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA strongly preferred. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in a supervisory role. Experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or related industries is highly desired. The CFO must have a proven track record as a strategic business partner, a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements, and the ability to lead through change and drive process improvements. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
