The Company is seeking a Managing Partner with a strong background in restaurant management to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a General Manager or in a similar role, with a passion for building and developing teams. Responsibilities for the Managing Partner include networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members, as well as overseeing the successful and profitable operations of the restaurant. This role also involves directing the management team, managing P&L, and ensuring that training standards are maintained. The successful candidate will be hands-on in all aspects of the front of house and back of house, and must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform various physical tasks.
