Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

The Company is seeking a Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer to lead its human resources function and serve on senior administrative committees. The role calls for visionary leadership that advances institutional excellence through transparent, compliant, innovative, and technology-enabled HR operations. The successful candidate will serve as a senior workforce-management expert and develop effective approaches to address emerging needs and support the organization’s mission. Candidates should be forward-thinking HR executives with demonstrated expertise across multiple human resources disciplines. They should have the knowledge and judgment to advise on workforce matters and a record of creating and implementing effective solutions to evolving organizational challenges. Experience with human resources information systems is also required, including platforms such as Workday, Oracle, or Banner.
