Associate Vice President, Enterprise Client Computing Product Owner Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking an AVP - Enterprise Client Computing Product Owner to take on a pivotal role in the engineering, automation, and security of its end-user compute platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational ownership, service reliability, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of enterprise client computing services across various environments. This includes leading endpoint run operations and product management for a range of technologies such as Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, VDI, AWS WorkSpaces, and Cloud PCs. The role demands a strong partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing employee computing experience. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in endpoint management, desktop operations, digital workplace technology, product ownership, infrastructure, or client computing services. The role requires a deep understanding of a wide array of technologies, including but not limited to, Windows 10/11, macOS, ChromeOS, Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces, VDI, and Cloud PC. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and SCCM/MECM co-management is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in IT service management practices, security, regulatory, and compliance requirements, and a proven ability to manage a product roadmap and operational priorities. ITIL v4 and Agile product ownership certifications are a must, with a preference for those who have experience in a regulated financial services environment and a proven track record in modernization and transformation initiatives.
