The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the development of a robust support structure essential for the smooth operation and transformation of its IDC. The successful candidate will be responsible for program management, change management, and ensuring employee engagement at the ground level. This role is key to the higher maturity journey of the IDC, leading to the delivery of significant business outcomes. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in budget management, and will serve as a delegate for the AVP, aligning with agile transformation objectives and overseeing various functions including people and culture, operational and financial data management, and communication strategy. Applicants must have a total of 12+ years of experience in the IT software industry, with a strong background in vendor contract management, business and operations management, and program management. Excellence in employee engagement, process transformation, and optimization is a must. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing large operations and teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse personality types. Experience in strategic collaboration, change management, and a willingness to learn and adapt to change are also essential. The Chief of Staff will be expected to drive various processes, including workforce and vendor management, and to ensure the success of in-office engagement.
