Chief of Staff to the Chief Digital & Information Officer Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Digital & Information Officer to help shape and accelerate enterprise-wide digital, data, technology, and AI transformation. Responsibilities include defining strategy and roadmaps, designing future operating models and governance, and leading high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution and value realization. The role will develop executive narratives, decision frameworks, business cases, and recommendations, while identifying opportunities in AI, automation, process excellence, and digital platforms. It will also build alignment across business functions and advise executive leadership on priorities and trade-offs. Candidates should have 6–8 years of experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, an executive office, or a similarly demanding environment. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related analytical discipline is required, and an MBA from a top-tier business school is strongly preferred. Experience in a leading strategy or transformation environment is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex priorities into clear decisions, measurable outcomes, and coordinated action are essential.
