The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Technology, Data, and Delivery within its Strategic Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas, setting priorities for technology-enabled change in private assets. This role demands a leader with a strong background in fund administration, alternative asset management, or a related financial services environment, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology, data, or platform initiatives. The EVP will own the business analysis and implementation discipline, set out operations' requirements with IT and the Transformation Office, and govern the delivery process to ensure high-quality and consistent results. Applicants must have 12-15 years' of experience in the industry, with a deep understanding of private assets processes and the supporting platform estate. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to sponsor automation and AI opportunities, and a focus on maintaining data quality and reporting capability. The EVP will also be expected to build and develop the team, including a rotational model, and actively participate in recruitment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a professional accounting designation being a plus.
