The role demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on delivering alongside IT and the Transformation Office, and requires a deep understanding of data quality, lineage, and reporting capability. The SVP will also be expected to coordinate across various teams, mentor resources, and provide the necessary data and evidence base for other focus areas. Applicants should have 12-15 years' of experience in private assets or a comparable financial services environment, with a strong background in data and platform initiatives. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in delivering data, reporting, or platform programs, and a practical understanding of data models, lineage, controls, and reporting architecture. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to challenge and hold technology partners accountable are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a professional accounting designation being a plus, and must demonstrate a transformational mindset, ownership through to adoption, and a global, commercial, and client-aware approach.
