The Company is seeking a Head of Network Performance Analytics with a strong background in telecom networks and data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the onboarding, aggregation, and storage of network performance statistics across various domains, including CORE, RAN, transmission, IP, and Cloud. This role involves applying domain knowledge analytics to derive actionable insights, generating business-critical reports and dashboards, and ensuring the highest quality of network experience. The Head will also lead the transformation of network performance analytics through AI/ML, building and scaling AI-enabled applications for proactive anomaly detection, traffic and capacity forecasting, and intelligent automation. Applicants must have a minimum of 15-20 years' experience in managing telecom networks, with at least 5 years in data analytics. A strong understanding of AI/ML and experience in delivering AI applications is essential. The role requires expertise in information management systems, operational KPIs, and a background in ITIL processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electronics or telecommunication engineering, be adept at leading cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record of delivering AI use cases that enhance productivity, service availability, and customer experience. The Head will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a culture of digital innovation and excellence within the team.
