The Company is in search of a Treasury Manager (VP) to lead a team in the management and development of complex analytics related to key treasury finance metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing global market conditions, funding, asset and liability management, liquidity risk management, and capital management. This role requires a strong focus on data quality, process control, and the ability to influence standard-setting processes. The Treasury Manager will also lead the implementation of complex projects, ensure compliance with risk management requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve treasury objectives. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of treasury experience, with a specific focus on EMEA liquidity, LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA 110, and internal liquidity stress testing. A background in treasury, liquidity, and IRRBB is essential, and experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and Python is advantageous. The role demands a candidate with at least 2 years' of leadership experience, and a professional qualification such as CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or FRM is desired. The Treasury Manager will be expected to mentor and guide the talent development of their team, as well as manage the allocation of resources to meet the company's treasury objectives.
