Campus Executive Director Greater Indianapolis, IN Area

The Company is in search of a Campus Executive Director to lead its Indianapolis campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of enrollment, retention, pass rate, and placement goals, as well as monitoring and controlling campus-based expenses and revenues. Compliance with state and federal regulatory policies, as well as ABHES accreditation criteria, is a key aspect of the role. The Campus Executive Director will also oversee day-to-day campus operations, maintain the facility's condition, and foster a positive and supportive environment for students, staff, and faculty. Applicants for the Campus Executive Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a business, educational, or related field, with a Master's degree preferred. Experience in a leadership role such as school president, dean, or campus director is strongly preferred, along with a background in admissions, financial aid, and student operations. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of state and federal compliance and accreditation agencies, and the ability to travel as needed.
