The Company is seeking an AVP Branch Manager, Loan Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the financial growth and operational excellence of the branch. This pivotal role involves managing all branch activities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, and meeting lending goals. The AVP Branch Manager will also be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients and community partners to expand the branch's market presence and loan portfolio, all while maintaining the branch's efficiency, profitability, and alignment with the organization's mission and values. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in loan origination, underwriting, or banking operations. Proven leadership experience in a financial services environment is essential, as is a strong knowledge of lending products, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve individual and branch lending targets. The AVP Branch Manager will also be responsible for managing daily branch operations, developing and implementing strategies to grow the loan portfolio, and ensuring adherence to all banking regulations and risk management policies.
