The Company is seeking a Country Business Head for Trust and Securities Services in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be accountable for the TSS franchise in the country, with a focus on P&L, client strategy, regulatory and market engagement, and the delivery of the local business plan in line with regional and global objectives. Key responsibilities include owning the local TSS book of accounts, leading the team to execute strategy, managing key client relationships, and ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and risk management. The role also involves maintaining relationships with market participants, partnering with TSS Product for service offering development, and driving growth through sales enablement. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience, with at least 5 years in securities services and post-trade business, and hold a Saudi CME Exam. The role requires in-depth knowledge of clearing and settlement, global custody, fund administration processes, and related services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management, the ability to work with various stakeholders, and experience in managing complex projects. A self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to lead by example, the candidate should also have experience at an international banking institution, with Middle East experience being advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential, and Arabic language skills are a plus. The role demands a professional who can leverage AI tools responsibly and ethically to enhance productivity and solve business problems.
