The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Patient Support Operations within the Patient Access & Reimbursement (PAR) division. This pivotal role is focused on setting the strategy and direction for patient support operations, particularly in leading the contact center experience for patients and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the people, processes, technology, automation, and AI capabilities to ensure that customers receive the support they need. Key responsibilities include establishing a vision and operating model that aligns with the needs of patients, caregivers, and HCPs, leading operational planning and performance management, and developing a strong quality, training, and continuous improvement model. The Executive Director will also be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, partner with various stakeholders, and ensure that operations comply with relevant policies and standards. Candidates for this role at the company should be experienced, customer-centered operations leaders with a strong background in setting strategic direction and delivering results at scale. The role requires a leader who can effectively integrate people, processes, technology, automation, and AI to enhance the support experience. Basic qualifications include a doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a significant amount of managerial experience. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and experience in patient support, healthcare, or customer contact center operations, particularly in a complex, regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance management, technology-enabled transformation, and the ability to lead through change while maintaining a focus on service quality and customer needs.
