Cluster Head, Service Operations & Strategic Accounts, Defence Vertical

The Company is seeking a Cluster Head to lead service operations and strategic accounts within the defence sector. This techno-commercial leadership role carries P&L responsibility across defence accounts and focuses on service quality, SLA adherence, escalation resolution, system health, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee renewals and account growth, develop plans for major accounts, and engage with senior defence stakeholders. They will also lead a large, geographically distributed team of service managers and business associates. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience, including eight or more years in the defence, signal intelligence, or paramilitary ecosystem, and five or more years leading multi-site teams of at least 20 people. A degree in computer science, electronics and communication, information technology, or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred. B2G account management experience with commercial accountability, working knowledge of big data analytics and security intelligence, and familiarity with defence procurement frameworks and security compliance are also required. ITIL, project management, or related certifications are advantageous.
