The Company is seeking a Vice President/County Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for its market operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including personnel management, financial performance, business development, customer relationships, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in market operations, who can drive growth, build high-performing teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional title and escrow services. Key responsibilities include leading and developing employees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and executing business development strategies. Applicants for the Vice President/County Manager position at the company should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 7-10 years' of relevant leadership and business management experience. A strong candidate will have a background in title, escrow, banking, real estate, financial services, or a related field, and possess advanced computer skills. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, be adept at building and maintaining relationships, and have the ability to make strategic decisions to achieve business objectives. A Montana Producer's License and Notary Public commission are required within 90 days of hire, and the candidate must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
