The Company is seeking an EVP of Digital Transformation to be its senior technology leader, with a focus on developing and executing an enterprise-wide technology strategy that aligns with the organization's global mission and vision. This role is pivotal in overseeing the architecture, development, and integration of digital tools and infrastructure to support various aspects of the ministry, including operations, donor engagement, global communications, and discipleship platforms. The successful candidate will be a faith-driven, innovative leader, responsible for transforming how the organization leverages information systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data intelligence, and mobile/digital platforms to enhance its impact. Key responsibilities for the EVP of Digital Transformation at the company include defining and leading the long-term IT strategy, guiding digital transformation to support global growth, and staying abreast of industry trends to identify new technology opportunities. The role also involves managing the organization's core technology infrastructure, implementing scalable IT solutions, and ensuring the security and compliance of all systems. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT leadership, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role. Experience in nonprofit, global ministry, education, or mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred, along with a proven track record in digital transformation and technology innovation.
