Vice President of Data Analytics & AI

The Company is in search of a VP of Data Analytics and AI to spearhead the definition and execution of its enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the data function, modernizing platforms, and establishing robust governance to ensure the delivery of scalable data and AI capabilities that are in line with business objectives. Key responsibilities for this role include defining and executing the data, analytics, and AI roadmap, assessing organizational readiness, and partnering with executive and product leaders to prioritize initiatives. The VP will also be tasked with leading the lifecycle of data, analytics, and AI products, defining KPIs for business impact, and driving continuous improvement. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in data, analytics, and technology leadership, with a strong background in data governance, management, and modern data platforms. Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and ethical data practices is essential, as is the ability to translate business strategy into technical execution and influence executive stakeholders. The role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale data, analytics, and AI initiatives and experience in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams. Preferred skills include strong external vendor and professional relationships within the data, analytics, AI, and technology ecosystem. The VP will also be responsible for guiding data architecture, engineering, integration, and storage, and for standardizing key data domains to enhance quality and performance.
