Head of Asset Liability Management

The Company is seeking a Head of Asset Liability Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, mentoring, and coaching the Asset Liability Management team, as well as leading interest rate risk measurement activities. This includes tasks such as EVE and NII simulations, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of market rate movements on earnings and capital. The role also involves overseeing model governance activities, analyzing market interest rate trends for various deposit products, and preparing and presenting reports for the Asset Liability Committee. Applicants for the Head of Asset Liability Management position at the company should have a strong background in financial analytics, including experience with CECL reporting.
