The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in finance and a proven track record in commercial and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of the business, including strategy, P&L, commercial growth, manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, and people development. This role demands a hands-on leader who can translate financial insights into commercial decisions, drive operational discipline, and identify new avenues for profitable growth. Key responsibilities for the CEO will include developing and executing the company's business strategy, leading through growth and transformation, and establishing a performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with an MBA or professional qualification being an advantage, and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in food manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer products. The CEO will also be tasked with full P&L and financial leadership, driving revenue growth, and ensuring financial controls and governance are in place. Experience in manufacturing and operational excellence, commercial and business growth, supply chain, procurement, and working capital management is essential. The role requires a leader who can maintain the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and regulatory compliance, and who is adept at building and leading a high-performance organization. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must, as the CEO will act as the key link between management and the Board, and will be expected to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
