The Company is seeking a Vice President for Client Onboarding, a strategic professional with a strong background in project management and a focus on enhancing the client onboarding experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of complex deals, overseeing all client onboarding activities, and managing a dedicated client deal portfolio. This role requires a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables, and the VP will be expected to provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. The VP will also be responsible for serving as the single point of contact for the client and internal functional partners, developing and maintaining customized project plans, and establishing governance models to ensure the delivery of client requirements. Applicants should have 5-8 years' of experience, with a preference for those holding a Project Management Certification. The role demands a self-starter with excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. The VP will be expected to lead cross-organizational implementation teams, chair meetings, and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders. Familiarity with cash and liquidity products implementation is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a potential Master's degree, and must be adept at analyzing and solving complex problems, with the ability to influence and promote team building.
