The Company is seeking a Vice President, Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients. Responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, conducting credit reviews, structuring financing solutions, and identifying opportunities to offer relevant services. The role monitors portfolio performance, facility utilization, asset quality, and profitability while maintaining prudent risk management. The successful candidate will build trusted client relationships, develop referral networks, negotiate financing terms, meet business and revenue targets, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, banking, economics, or a related field, and have a proven track record in corporate or commercial banking, business banking, or corporate sales within financial services. Strong experience originating and managing credit facilities, alongside capabilities in credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management, is required. Candidates should demonstrate business acumen, negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships with senior decision-makers. The role also requires self-motivation, resilience, independent client-facing sales skills, and a sound understanding of banking regulations, customer due diligence, know-your-customer requirements, and compliance standards.
