Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a CEO to lead and secure the operations of its energy and water cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the facility, including the effective management of business, organization, and human resources in line with government policies. This role demands a leader with a strong technical and economic background, as well as diverse and flexible management skills to oversee a work community of 32 people. The CEO will also be in charge of financial monitoring, budgeting, and long-term planning for large-scale investments, and must ensure the operational security, risk management, and compliance with environmental and energy regulations. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should hold a higher education degree in a relevant field and have extensive, people-oriented management experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in effective management, financial responsibility, and the ability to work in close cooperation with various stakeholders. A strategic vision for the long-term development of operations in a changing environment is essential. While not mandatory, knowledge of cooperative legislation and experience in water and/or energy supply tasks is considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and responsible leader, ready to take on the challenge of leading a socially critical infrastructure and contributing to a sustainable future.
