The Company is seeking a Chief Capital Officer (CCO) to spearhead its enterprise capital strategy, financial organization, and capital allocation. The successful candidate will be a senior executive with a proven track record in closing substantial institutional transactions and will be responsible for translating capital strategy into disciplined operating execution. This role is pivotal in building the company's capital infrastructure, financing pipeline, and financial reporting discipline. The CCO will work closely with the founder and governing board, and will be instrumental in the development of the company's senior finance organization. Key responsibilities for the CCO include capital formation and financing, where they will be expected to develop and implement enterprise-wide capital raising and financing strategies, as well as lead financial negotiations and transaction structuring.
