The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its executive team. The COO will be a key leader, with Board-level accountability for the day-to-day delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the organization's operational services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's vision and values are upheld, and that the best health and well-being outcomes are achieved for patients and communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-quality clinical services across various regions and specialist areas, including those for vulnerable service users. They will also be tasked with strategic and operational performance reporting, championing the implementation of trauma-informed, equity-enhancing clinical models, and addressing barriers to access and engagement for marginalized groups. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a current NMC registration, be educated to a master's degree level in a relevant subject, and have a successful track record in an operational leadership role within a diverse and complex organization. Experience as an accountable company Board member in the health, social care, or justice sector is essential, as is a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary functions and teams. The role requires a leader with a strong background in strategic leadership, operational management, and a deep understanding of NHS strategy, policy, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be committed to the company's values, able to inspire and motivate others, and have a client-centered, community, and social value focus.
