The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Financial Crime Business Analyst to lead and manage change projects that are pivotal to the organization's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of project plans, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a strong background in agile project management, particularly within the financial crime domain, and a proven track record in authoring user stories, process mapping, and customer journey documentation. The AVP will also be involved in the facilitation of change management activities to ensure the successful implementation and integration of project outcomes. Applicants for the Associate Vice President, Financial Crime Business Analyst position at the company should have a background in financial crime intelligence and/or investigations change projects. The role demands a high level of expertise in risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading project teams, managing project budgets, and mitigating project risks.
