Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and expand its impact on young people’s access to skills, confidence, and meaningful work. Working closely with the Board, the CEO will turn the organization’s ambitions into sustainable growth and measurable results, develop the team, strengthen delivery partnerships, and help secure funding. The role also calls for advancing the organization’s influence on youth employment while keeping young people’s experiences and aspirations central to decision-making. The CEO will provide strategic direction with financial judgement, operational discipline, and a strong commitment to safeguarding. Candidates should bring substantial leadership experience from the public, private, or voluntary sector, with evidence of delivering results internationally and leading people through growth and change. They should understand how to achieve impact through partnerships, respect local expertise, and maintain clear standards for quality and accountability. Strong communication and ambassadorial skills are essential, along with cultural understanding, diplomacy, and sound judgement in building relationships with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate is inclusive, energetic, and thoughtful, with the ability to make a compelling case for support and a clear commitment to expanding opportunities for young people.
