Executive Managing Director, International Business Development

The Company is seeking an Executive Managing Director for International Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading new business growth across the international platform, with a focus on the UK, Europe, and APAC. This role demands the development and execution of regional growth strategies, the expansion of relationships with institutional clients, and a close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of International Business to enhance the company's position as a leading servicing and asset management partner in these markets. The Executive Managing Director will be tasked with driving international revenue growth, cultivating key relationships, and leading a high-performing team to support complex transactions and strategic expansion. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 13 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, commercial real estate finance, asset management, or related financial services leadership. The role requires a proven track record of revenue growth, the ability to build and lead collaborative teams, and deep knowledge of the commercial real estate and financial services markets in the UK and Europe, with APAC experience being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of institutional relationships, be adept at originating and winning institutional mandates, and possess executive presence with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The position also demands the ability to travel regularly and experience with CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.
