Head of Analytics

The Company is seeking a Head of Analytics to build and lead a newly established shared-services function supporting multiple business areas. The role will partner with senior stakeholders on strategic analytical projects and promote the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include translating complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations, supporting data-led business decisions, and prioritizing projects that improve performance and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will also lead and develop analytical talent and connect analytics with technology and commercial teams. Candidates should have strong experience leading analytics teams in financial services, including developing credit-risk strategy. A hands-on technical background with prior coding experience in SQL, Python, or SAS is required, alongside the ability to balance strategic leadership with technical problem-solving. The role also calls for experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executives, exposure to AI or analytics transformation, and strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills.
