Key tasks include driving the automation of reporting, improving data structures, and overseeing the Decision Engine program. Candidates for the Head of Analytics position should have a background in consumer finance with a proven track record in leading an analytics function, particularly in areas such as credit risk, analytics, and insight. Experience in driving change in a fast-paced, commercially focused business and engaging at the Board level is essential. The role requires a positive and proactive approach to AI, strong coding skills in SQL or Python, and a degree in a quantitative or business discipline, or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at automating reporting, have strong communication skills, and be able to remain calm under pressure while effectively prioritizing tasks.
